So I blew my 10pm rule tonight, though my wake time is a little later on T/W/Th than it is on M/F. Shutting the lid now...

Yikes, 20%? Thanks for the wake-up call; things are coming along, but I'm not where I'd like to be either.

BTW, my wife and I run some 5Ks. She's a marathoner, but I'm naturally lazy. My best advice is just pick a date and sign up. Being signed up is the best motivation to train. Plus, it's a 5K: if you have to walk a chunk of it or run a slow race the first time, so what? The point is to do it.
